About the Role Bacco Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is a signature Italian dining destination known for authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The Back Server PM plays a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared, reset, and properly prepared, while assisting in the smooth delivery of food and beverages. This role contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the overall dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
Pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed
Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods
replenish condiments and prepare bread service
Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth operations
Assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed
Assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks
Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations
Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of food service or related experience
Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
