Job Responsibility:
Enter and Update data in the internal database
Act as a liaison with the other departments within the company, as well as with suppliers, agencies, and clients
Provide back office support while using SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office
Assist with basic help desk operations
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in high-volume customer service and administration
Experience in a similar role or in high-volume customer service and administration
Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable, preferably SAP
Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) both in English & Greek
Excellent Organisational Skills and a problem-solving attitude
