Job Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting your team in operations or back office? We are looking for an energetic and supportive Back Office Supervisor to act as a key coordinator for our banking operations and a central point of contact between our operational team and external financial institutions. If you already have experience in a similar managerial position and enjoy coordinating complex processes and collaborating across teams, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations and procedures related to tangible/real estate collaterals and securities
  • Ensure the utmost completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance of all supporting documentation and loan files
  • Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively with banking institutions, external partners, and competent public services
  • Monitor pending tasks, manage workload distribution within the team, and guarantee strict adherence to time schedules
  • Update internal banking systems, databases, and physical/digital loan and collateral files

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a back-office support or legal operations unit in a managerial role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling external partners
  • Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, motivate, and develop a team
  • Proven experience in managerial role within a Banking Back Office, Loan Administration, or a support team
  • Familiarity with the Greek Land Registry (Ktimatologio) procedures or Banking System procedures
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
