Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external law firms regarding system operations and daily activities
Provide support and execute corrective actions in legal information systems for initiating legal actions and resolving system discrepancies (Lps Remediation)
Collaborate closely with law firms and internal teams (Legal, Finance, and other departments) to ensure timely handling of requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate and monitor advance payments and expenses, ensuring proper oversight for the execution of legal mandates
Manage missing legal documents required for the initiation and execution of legal proceedings
Implement corrective actions for case assignments to law firms based on portfolio management until claim notifications
Follow the guidance of the Unit Manager to achieve defined tasks, priorities, and goals
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in a paralegal, back-office support, or legal operations role
Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with arotron system or ERP platforms
Fluent in Greek and good command of English (written and spoken)
