We’re seeking a proactive Back Office Specialist to support daily operations with strong MS Office skills—especially Excel and Outlook—ensuring accurate records, smooth communication, and timely task execution.
Job Responsibility:
Manage inboxes/calendars and internal/external correspondence (Outlook)
Perform data entry, tracking, and basic reporting (Excel: tables, filters, PivotTables, lookups)
Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports with high accuracy
Support back-office workflows (filing, archiving, order/invoice handling)
Collaborate with teams and follow up on actions and deadlines
Requirements:
1–2 years in back-office/administrative roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook (must)
Soft skills: problem solving, teamwork, time management, proactivity
Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication
