Job Responsibility
CRM Management
Cooperation with a team of technicians and external service partners
Creation of repair or spare parts quotations in the CRM
Receipt of spare parts and their allocation per job/customer
Management of orders and invoicing of Service department work in SAP
Management of service warehouses, spare parts, and customer machines to/from repair
Management of orders to/from the company's service partners
Requirements
2 years of experience in a similar/ related role is mandatory
Desired knowledge of CRM and SAP systems
Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Positive personality
Very good knowledge of English
The willingness to bring improvement and change to processes in an organized environment
