Job Responsibility

  • CRM Management
  • Cooperation with a team of technicians and external service partners
  • Creation of repair or spare parts quotations in the CRM
  • Receipt of spare parts and their allocation per job/customer
  • Management of orders and invoicing of Service department work in SAP
  • Management of service warehouses, spare parts, and customer machines to/from repair
  • Management of orders to/from the company's service partners

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar/ related role is mandatory
  • Desired knowledge of CRM and SAP systems
  • Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive personality
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • The willingness to bring improvement and change to processes in an organized environment
