Job Description

Our partner is a leading capital and private equity fund manager, backed by a major, stable banking group. Managing 7 diverse funds across the region, they invest in dynamic startups, technology-driven digital companies, and mature agricultural/food industry businesses. Due to regional growth, increased regulatory responsibilities, and structural expansion, they are now looking for a system-minded Back Office Specialist to join their newly structured, professional 6-member operations team.

Job Responsibility

  • Fund & Transaction Operations: Oversee transaction tracking, coordinate invoicing (re-charging, verification), and manage comprehensive corporate registries using SAP and Microsoft-based systems
  • Corporate Governance & Board Support: Organize board and investment committee meetings, compile professional documentation, draft minutes, and track subsequent resolutions
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc investor reports, ensuring data availability for regulatory (MNB / Central Bank) disclosures, and compiling documentation for external/internal audits
  • Project & Liquidity Coordination: Support the administrative setup of new entities, provide financial data to the office management team, and ensure appropriate liquidity and timely payments within dedicated funds

Requirements

  • University or College degree (a degree in Economics/Finance is a distinct advantage)
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar back-office, administrative, or project coordination role. Background within banking, insurance, accounting, or asset management sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong system-oriented, logical mindset with an ability to see the big picture and anticipate subsequent steps in a process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (experience with SAP is a plus)
  • Professional, fluent command of English is essential (approx. 50% of daily communication is in English due to international colleagues and partners)
  • High level of precision, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a collaborative team player attitude
