Maintain and update databases, ensuring all Prime Crowds exhibition details and timelines are tracked and managed efficiently. Facilitate clear communication between departments. Collaborate with the exhibitions and WhatsApp events team to ensure all timelines, milestones, and schedules are met. Ensure exhibitions adhere to company standards and meet Prime Crowds' brand expectations. Handle Exhibitions and WhatsApp events. Reviewing the Exhibitions details on the Prime Crowds system and applications. Handle whole precisely related to the WhatsApp process. Report any errors to the back-office team. Initiate Monthly reports. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and a positive experience with our company.
