Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by operational excellence? We are looking for a focused Back Office Administrator to work remotely for a well-known company in the financial technology sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Act as the 2nd level point of contact for complex account issues, collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to clear hurdles.
  • Perform regular audits of POS and e-commerce account configurations to ensure they align with client contracts and internal standards.
  • Execute the back-end setup for POS equipment and e-commerce gateways, ensuring all digital parameters are correctly mapped before a client goes live.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to resolve discrepancies in merchant data or system settings.
  • Identify recurring administrative issues and suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in help desk, customer service, or technical support is required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data sets or documentation
  • The ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently while meeting strict operational deadlines
  • Excellent computer literacy, specifically with CRM systems (like Salesforce or Zendesk), Excel, and database management.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) to document processes and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
