Job Responsibility:
Oversee the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Act as the 2nd level point of contact for complex account issues, collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to clear hurdles.
Perform regular audits of POS and e-commerce account configurations to ensure they align with client contracts and internal standards.
Execute the back-end setup for POS equipment and e-commerce gateways, ensuring all digital parameters are correctly mapped before a client goes live.
Coordinate between Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to resolve discrepancies in merchant data or system settings.
Identify recurring administrative issues and suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding workflow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in help desk, customer service, or technical support is required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data sets or documentation
The ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently while meeting strict operational deadlines
Excellent computer literacy, specifically with CRM systems (like Salesforce or Zendesk), Excel, and database management.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) to document processes and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
