Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Back of House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Back House Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean and fill all used amenity bottles bought in from the F-Stations, Maintaining the appearance of the bottle
  • Wash and polish all soiled glassware preparing them for the guest rooms
  • Strip and remove linens and towels from guest rooms
  • Empty and remove trash
  • Keep Managers informed of supply levels ensuring there is always back stock to minimize shortages
  • Assist with guest room deliveries during crunch times
  • Assist when needed in Public Areas where the main focus is the locker room

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications
  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
