Job Description:

Opportunity to join Citi's Cloud Technology Services team to transform technology using cloud capabilities. Role includes hands-on contribution to public cloud container fleet management services, collaboration with cross-functional teams, automation development, and alignment with business goals. Candidate must be skilled in back end development, AI/ML, middleware, Agile, and DevOps practices with strong communication and teamwork skills. Position is based in Irving, TX with a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibility:

provide hands-on technical contribution within a product team focused on public cloud container fleet management services
contribute to a team of cloud engineers and developers to build solutions advancing public cloud strategy
develop automation initiatives to enhance public cloud service consumption
collaborate with teams across technology landscape to align with business goals
define and measure success criteria for service availability and reliability

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience
experienced in back end software development with a focus on AWS and GCP
hands-on expertise in Python, Java, and Go
proficiency in AI/ML, including prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search, vector databases
familiarity with BDD testing tools (Cucumber, JBehave, Pytest-BDD)
experience with CI/CD pipelines (Harness, Tekton, Jenkins)
knowledge of middleware and distributed messaging (Kafka)
proficiency with MongoDB and SQL databases
familiarity with Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture
knowledge of Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices
ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changes
experience evaluating complex requirements into services
excellent communication skills
strong teamwork and collaboration skills
