Back-end Engineer Intern

• Compiles and analyzes data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborates with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Develops ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
• Records data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
• Participates in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members
• Takes lead on projects, as needed
• Creates a more seamless experience for users

• Ability to communicate in both English and Korean effectively
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science or related field
• Ability to work full-time for months during the calendar year, ideally 6 months
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as MySQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, HTML, C++, CSS, and experience of Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, GitLab are required
• Fluency or understanding of database management systems, operating systems, and CI (Continuous integration) / CD (Continuous delivery) are required
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• Understanding of key design principles
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in some of following areas: Aerospace, Product Development, Manufacturing System & Technology, Smart Factory, Lean, Software Integration, Communications Systems and Networks, Data Analytics and Information Management, awareness of Product Safety and Certification
