Job Description:

Our client provides cloud contact center software used in over 50 countries and powers most of Hungary's call centers. The software handles millions of calls, messages, and emails daily. The Back End Developer will work with a modern tech stack to enhance backend services for real-time WebRTC and SIP calls, ensuring seamless agent performance in a growing international environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver value with software
Solve technical problems
Help the team meet its goals
Write the highest quality code according to industry standards
Utilize best practices and patterns
Assist the team with technical challenges
Participate in code reviews
Engage in pair programming
Contribute to quality processes, including manual and automated testing

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in Go
RDBMS: MySQL or similar
Git
C
VoIP experience: SIP/RTP/WebRTC
Microservices
Container technology: Docker / Swarm
Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban
NoSQL technology: MongoDB or similar
Observability frameworks: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics
