As a Middle & Back Office Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle operations for private placements, focusing on bilateral agreements such as municipality loans and private company funding.
Job Responsibility
Managing end-to-end trade settlements, payment processing, and general daily trading activities
Managing and maintaining both the Accounting Book of Records (ABOR) and the Investment Book of Records (IBOR)
Actively identifying opportunities for automation
Requirements
Solid, proven experience in back-office operations, banking, derivatives, mortgage origination, or product controlling (e.g., a background in large-scale institutional banking)
A strong, reliable understanding of IFRS and relevant tax principles
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
An open-minded, creative, and 'can-do' attitude
BSc / BA degree
Nice to have
Fluency in Dutch is a significant plus
Prior experience with private placement financial instruments
A proven track record of converting manual workflows into automated solutions
