Job Description:

For more than 50 years, families and children have been at the heart of Club Med’s priorities. Our private Early Childhood Care Centres offer two distinct services: the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years). Each facility includes adapted spaces such as playrooms, nap rooms, changing areas, parent reception zones and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation. The goal is to provide high‑quality childcare that respects each child’s biological rhythm, with awakening activities, outdoor play, gentle walks and comforting attention, helping the youngest guests experience their first steps in a collective setting. You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O). As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with parents about their child’s day and progress
  • Encourage toddlers’ emotional security while reassuring parents with a professional and caring approach
  • Comply with hygiene, safety and legal standards in place for the Baby/Petit Club

Requirements:

  • Reassuring, able to create secure bonds and guarantee a warm welcome
  • Caring, attentive to children’s daily needs and overall health
  • Curious, motivated to work with children in a unique and multicultural environment
