BA/Scrum Master

To be proficient in eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
To be experienced in the role of a Scrum Master, with expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, resolving impediments, integrating business analysis practices with the principles of Scrum for effective and efficient project practices

Requirements gathering and analysis
Process modeling and improvement
Client, Stakeholder management and communication
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Documentation and reporting
Maintain repository for the templates, best practices, lessons learned so that can be reused for the new projects
Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
Ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment
Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices
Monitoring and improving team performance
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Effective verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
Good attitude and behavioral skills
Planning and organizing skills
Time management and prioritization
Risk management and mitigation

Understanding of the technology stack and development processes
