Our client, a leader in the HCM space is in need of a Time Tracking Project Manager/BA for a 1-2 year contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This individual will be working a hybrid schedule w/ 50% of the work onsite out of the Reston VA office. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all timekeeping, employee tracking efforts, and compliance around our client’s project and provide 90 day forecasting for leadership, as well as onboard and offboard employees and contractors into the Action, Governance and Risk program.

Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors into the Action, Governance and Risk program
Requirements:
3-5+ years of project management or business analyst experience focused around timekeeping and forecasting
Experience working with contractors and employees supporting large scale enterprise programs
Ability to hold employees accountable and ensure compliance with timekeeping best practices
Experience providing and generating basic reporting on forecasts and actuals
Understanding of quality control and ability to present and validate milestones against the IMS
