Requirements

  • Support the development and maintenance of web analytics dashboards and reporting tools using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery
  • Implement and manage tagging strategies through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking of key digital KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Digital Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and turn them into scalable analytics solutions
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement across internal and external-facing platforms
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align on data definitions, tracking strategies, and visualization needs
  • Troubleshoot tracking and data integrity issues across digital platforms and recommend resolutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation of metrics, tracking implementations, and dashboard configurations
  • Stay current with web analytics best practices and Google platform updates to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement
