Requirements:

Support the development and maintenance of web analytics dashboards and reporting tools using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery
Implement and manage tagging strategies through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking of key digital KPIs
Collaborate with the Digital Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and turn them into scalable analytics solutions
Perform data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement across internal and external-facing platforms
Partner with global stakeholders to align on data definitions, tracking strategies, and visualization needs
Troubleshoot tracking and data integrity issues across digital platforms and recommend resolutions
Develop and maintain documentation of metrics, tracking implementations, and dashboard configurations
Stay current with web analytics best practices and Google platform updates to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement

Nice to have:

Previous experience supporting internal communications, global branding or public-facing corporate websites
Experience building UTM frameworks or custom event tracking plans
Experience working across global teams and time zones
