Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify process gaps and automation opportunities within GSC and Logistics functions
  • Analyse end-to-end processes to quantify digitization opportunities and prepare detailed business cases
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and user stories for Group IT and development teams (including vendors, as needed)
  • Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to ensure digital solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency, automation ROI, and system adoption
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to validate and refine solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of technologies such as RPA, analytics dashboards, and workflow digitization tools
  • Support change management and training initiatives to enable smooth rollout and adoption of new digital processes
  • Document and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and standardization across teams
  • Monitor solution implementation to ensure deliverables meet defined business and operational objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Shared Services/GSC
  • Good understanding of Finance, HR, Freight Forwarding, and other back-office processes
  • Experience in process automation, digitization, and data analytics
  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirement gathering, and BRD preparation
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Oracle fusion modules, and automation tools
  • Proficiency in process documentation tools like MS Visio
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a Shipping, Supply chain Management, Freight forwarding, Logistics, finance environment
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in automation technologies (AI/ML Power Platform)
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
