Partner with functional leaders to identify process gaps and automation opportunities within GSC and Logistics functions
Analyse end-to-end processes to quantify digitization opportunities and prepare detailed business cases
Translate business requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and user stories for Group IT and development teams (including vendors, as needed)
Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to ensure digital solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency, automation ROI, and system adoption
Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to validate and refine solutions
Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of technologies such as RPA, analytics dashboards, and workflow digitization tools
Support change management and training initiatives to enable smooth rollout and adoption of new digital processes
Document and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and standardization across teams
Monitor solution implementation to ensure deliverables meet defined business and operational objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Shared Services/GSC
Good understanding of Finance, HR, Freight Forwarding, and other back-office processes
Experience in process automation, digitization, and data analytics
Strong skills in process mapping, requirement gathering, and BRD preparation
Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Oracle fusion modules, and automation tools
Proficiency in process documentation tools like MS Visio
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable outcomes
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration
Nice to have:
Experience working in a Shipping, Supply chain Management, Freight forwarding, Logistics, finance environment
Familiarity with emerging trends in automation technologies (AI/ML Power Platform)
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
