We are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Team Leader to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and cultivating a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Design and execute innovative sales strategies, scripts, and incentive programs to encourage exceptional performance
Track team performance through analytics, dashboards, and regular performance reviews
Deliver continuous training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge through one-on-ones and group meetings
Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive operations within the call center
Assess sales metrics, conversion rates, and agent productivity to identify areas for enhancement and initiate performance improvement plans when necessary
Generate regular reports on sales outcomes and project future sales trends
Create a positive, results-oriented work culture that fosters teamwork and accountability
Provide hands-on support by modeling sales techniques when required
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management or related leadership positions
Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and call center technologies, along with KPI oversight
Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities
Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving business demands
Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
