Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Team Leader to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and cultivating a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies, scripts, and incentive programs to encourage exceptional performance
  • Track team performance through analytics, dashboards, and regular performance reviews
  • Deliver continuous training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge through one-on-ones and group meetings
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive operations within the call center
  • Assess sales metrics, conversion rates, and agent productivity to identify areas for enhancement and initiate performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Generate regular reports on sales outcomes and project future sales trends
  • Create a positive, results-oriented work culture that fosters teamwork and accountability
  • Provide hands-on support by modeling sales techniques when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management or related leadership positions
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and call center technologies, along with KPI oversight
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving business demands
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Spanish proficiency is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
