Job Responsibility:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals by effectively converting leads into customers
Engage with potential clients through a high volume of inbound phone calls, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
Listen actively to prospects’ concerns and requirements, providing clear and persuasive information about the products
Clearly communicate the value and features of the offerings, addressing pricing concerns and objections with confidence
Adhere to established sales scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to personalise conversations and build rapport
Work closely with sales managers and colleagues to share best practices, improve sales techniques, and contribute to overall team success
Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, track sales progress, and update client information promptly

Requirements:

Native or bilingual level of Italian
Professional level of English and/or Spanish
Experience in phone-based sales, preferably in a call centre environment
Ability to handle client concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable using CRM tools and quick to learn new sales technologies
Motivated by targets and bonuses, with a proactive attitude to meet and exceed sales goals
