My client is hiring a B2C Product Manager to launch and scale their first consumer product in Saudi Arabia – a hardware-enabled offering combining an IoT device, mobile app, and digital services. This is a true end-to-end ownership role, responsible for taking a product from concept through launch and into post-launch growth, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes, customer experience, and retention.
Job Responsibility:
Full product lifecycle: discovery, PRDs, delivery, launch, and iteration
Go-to-market strategy and channel build-out (e-commerce, marketplace, partners)
Activation, onboarding, retention, and subscription conversion
Post-launch realities: returns, defects, firmware updates, support flows
Product analytics, dashboards, and KPI-driven decision-making
Cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Ops, Support, Marketing, and Finance
Requirements:
Proven experience launching or scaling consumer digital or IoT products
Strong preference for Saudi Arabia or GCC market experience
Hands-on ownership of post-launch operations (returns, defects, CX)
Strong mobile/app product experience with lifecycle metrics
