Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or related fields
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support or dealer-facing role, ideally within the B2C or retail sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Reporting and Dashboarding tools (e.g., BI)
