Job Description:

Join the B2C Team at Metlen Energy & Metals in Paiania, Greece, providing strong dealer support, sales effectiveness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic and innovative green energy company.

Job Responsibility:

Providing product information and support on promotions, discounts, or updates to help dealers sell more effectively
Assisting in troubleshooting product or service issues dealers might face, offering quick solutions to ensure sales remain on track
Coordinating with other teams to ensure dealers receive the necessary support to meet customer demand
Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any dealer-related issues that impact the customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or related fields
1+ years of experience in a customer support or dealer-facing role, ideally within the B2C or retail sector
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with Reporting and Dashboarding tools (e.g., BI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
