Support retailers with day-to-day requests, site optimizations & category development
Prepare the Monthly Trade Calendar & check retailers' eshops
Execute Multibrand Activations from Zone & Cross-div activations with e-retailers
Manage projects for Skroutz
Conduct competition & industry tracking online
Manage the SI/SO documentation every month
Handle media reporting & evaluation
Improve and ensure the best consumer experience on clients' sites
Leverage web analytics to control optimal product placement online
Merchandise website products based on sales objectives
Gather the latest insights on consumer behavior and the customer journey
Use data-oriented analysis to propose actionable steps
Provide feedback as necessary to all involved stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing B2C e-retailers, digital merchandising, trade calendars, and web analytics.
