Contribute to IKEA Business Commercial objectives by driving acquisition of new customers, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring smooth sales execution while maintaining strong relationships with customers
Job Responsibility:
Deliver and Contribute to the individual IKEA Business commercial result in entrusted customer segments within the area or region of responsibility, ensuring performance with excellence throughout the year
Contribute to the analysis of insights of business customer needs, competitors and market trends, and secure timely monitoring and follow up of all trends to ensure the market penetration tactics are effective and correspond to the market trends as well as customer needs and expectations
Contribute to the realization of IKEA Business Commercial objectives in the assigned customer segments by driving acquisition of new customers, direct sales, facilitating negotiations, concluding the contractual terms with legal interface by collaborating with multiple stakeholders and other IKEA functions
Ensure sales execution together with cross-functional teams within time and with expected quality to ensure high customer satisfaction level
Be the key point of contact for the customers within the portfolio to ensure prevention and solution of complex issues arising during the sales execution to achieve high customer satisfaction level and support long-term relationship with the customer
Requirements:
Academic degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Economics (or equivalent) within your specialist area
Broad knowledge about the local business-to- business (B2B) market environment, requirements and compliance standards in the identified key B2B segments in the local market
knowledge of how to identify and realise opportunities for add-ons, crossselling and up-selling of IKEA products and services to fulfil customer needs
Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with customers
Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way
Ability to prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity
Broad knowledge of how to identify and realise opportunities for add-ons, crossselling and up-selling of IKEA products and services to fulfil customer needs
