Our client, a growing corporate organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on B2B Social Media Manager to lead its social media presence with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. This role is ideal for a social-first professional who has built their career specifically within social media management—not broader digital marketing—and understands how to engage B2B audiences through compelling storytelling, executive thought leadership, and trend-driven content strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both strategy and execution, including content planning, copywriting, video creation, and analytics. This person will elevate the company’s corporate presence by highlighting employee stories, company milestones, executive voices, and industry relevance across social channels, with LinkedIn as the primary platform.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the company’s B2B social media strategy with a primary focus on LinkedIn
Develop engaging content calendars aligned with business priorities, brand messaging, and industry trends
Create and publish compelling social content including graphics, short-form video, employee spotlights, milestone announcements, and leadership messaging
Build executive thought leadership programs and optimize leadership visibility on LinkedIn
Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to drive innovation and engagement
Partner cross-functionally with communications, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams
Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Analyze channel performance and provide actionable recommendations for growth and engagement
Manage and optimize presence across LinkedIn, with secondary support for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Requirements:
5+ years of pure social media experience in a B2B environment or has worked in B2B Channels
Must come directly from a dedicated social media role (not digital marketing/generalist backgrounds)
Strong expertise managing corporate LinkedIn strategies and campaigns
Proven success in social media strategy, content development, and channel growth
Experience creating video and multimedia content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
