Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local businesses, providing high-quality support across all remote channels – including live video – to ensure a seamless IKEA Business customer experience
Use active remote selling techniques to drive growth, including proposing add-on products, cross-selling and upselling to secure long-term profitability
Offer complete furnishing solutions, demonstrating a commercial approach in every customer contact, in order to maximise sales
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all parts of a business customer orders are fulfilled, updating customers on status and potential issues to see projects through to completion
Proactively stay informed about products and services to align with commercial priorities and maintain the ability to steer sales
Requirements:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, motivated by sales growth, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
Previous inbound sales experience (B2B preferred), or a minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or key account management
Confident and engaging phone manner, with excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to meet team KPIs and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and insights within a team setting
