Job Responsibility
Identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B low-voltage clients (e.g., small retail shops, small offices, SOHO, SMEs)
Presenting and selling standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to business needs
Expanding client portfolios in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and energy products to existing business owners
Building a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, continuous client visits, and strategic sales planning
Holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, leading joint business planning, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships
Preparing sales contracts, monitoring the contract procedure, and ensuring seamless execution
Supplying management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitive activities
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in B2B sales
Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
Proven experience in B2B Sales (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
