Join us as our new B2B Sales Manager in the B2B Team: an opportunity to drive the growth of our corporate mental health solutions and scale Unobravo’s impact in the world of work. We’re seeking someone bold, commercially sharp, and impact-driven, ready to fuel our international expansion through strong partnerships with companies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and deeply understand the B2B sales funnel, ensuring constant alignment with the Business Development team to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Manage qualified opportunities with prospect companies, with the objective of increasing conversion rates and shortening the sales cycle
  • Accurately update and manage the CRM in line with the company’s sales methodology, contributing to reliable sales forecasting
  • Represent Unobravo at industry events where the company participates as a sponsor, maximizing ROI through lead generation and relationship building
  • Collaborate closely with the B2B Marketing team to analyze data, interpret performance, and co-create increasingly effective and efficient multichannel campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, HealthTech, or high-growth startups/scale-ups
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Business Development teams
  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Experience selling solutions to HR, People, or C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with Hubspot
