Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on B2B sales manager who can build, coach, and drive a high-performing team of 12 sales professionals. You'll own four critical areas: YPS Business sales (our B2B parking solutions for workplaces and enterprises), our SDR function, Prebook sales, and B2C retention. This means balancing new business acquisition with customer retention, and ensuring your team delivers against ambitious targets. You'll be in the detail, on calls, coaching reps, and closing deals yourself when needed. We want someone who leads from the front, sets high standards, and creates a winning culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a team across B2B sales, SDR, Prebook, and B2C retention
  • Own team targets and be accountable for revenue performance across all four areas
  • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage your team to consistently hit and exceed goals
  • Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to drive growth
  • Get stuck in. Join calls, support on complex deals, and lead by example

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Track record of hitting targets in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong coaching instincts with the ability to get the best out of people
  • Comfortable with data, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • A leader who rolls up their sleeves rather than managing from a distance
  • Clear communicator who can influence across the business
What we offer:
  • Hybrid working: up to 3 days per week in our London (Stratford) office
  • Holidays: 24 days plus UK bank holidays, increasing after 3 years (up to 3 additional days)
  • Birthday off
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Pension scheme
  • Monthly parking credit
  • Gym membership
  • Mental health and wellbeing support
  • Cycle to work and tech scheme
  • Learning and development opportunities
