Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Executive (IT background not required)
Agile, good communication skills, strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
Willingness to learn IT knowledge / Solution Sales
Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude
Nice to have:
Experience in IT, Agency, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Consulting, etc.
Ability to communicate in Japanese or English
