As a B2B Sales - Account Executive at Designity, you will help drive revenue by connecting with prospective clients, leading thoughtful sales conversations, and closing deals that create long-term value. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn strong communication, sales strategy, and relationship-building into real business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead virtual demo calls with prospective clients and clearly communicate Designity’s value
Guide prospects through a consultative sales process from first conversation to close
Handle objections with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Build trust with leads by understanding their business goals and creative needs
Use AI-powered tools to improve outreach, personalize follow-ups, and support lead nurturing
Track activity, pipeline progress, and deal stages accurately in CRM platforms
Review sales data and insights to improve messaging and increase conversions
Maintain a structured and organized follow-up process for inbound leads
Collaborate with internal teams to create a smooth and positive client experience
Stay current on trends across sales, marketing, design, and AI-enabled workflows
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while helping expand Designity’s client base
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B digital product sales
Experience in a subscription-based business, creative agency, or similar fast-moving environment
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing high-value deals
Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Confidence leading demos, presenting solutions, and navigating objections
Experience using AI-powered sales tools for automation, lead tracking, or performance insights
Proficiency with CRM and sales platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
Clear, persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills
A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing pipeline activity
A self-motivated mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
As we partner closely with clients across the U.S., we ask for at least 6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to make collaboration easy and effective
