Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to engage audiences and enhance client experience
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities to exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of our products and value propositions to effectively pitch to potential clients
  • Develop innovative and tailored sales solutions to address client needs and challenges
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations relevant to the Sales department
  • Build and manage sale team with assigned target
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by the CEO/Director

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a history of exceeding targets
  • Management experience with a small to medium team
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success
  • In-depth understanding of B2B e-commerce, application solutions, or CRM systems
  • Excellent customer care mindset with the ability to assess and address client needs effectively
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Fluent in English, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field (E-commerce B2B, Application Solutions, CRM, etc.)

Nice to have:

Fluent in Chinese (preferred)
