Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Content Specialist to lead B2B SaaS content initiatives that directly support demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement for our US healthcare products. This role will own the content function while leveraging HubSpot to drive measurable impact across the buyer journey — from awareness and education to conversion and revenue influence. The ideal candidate understands US healthcare provider audiences and can translate complex EHR, AI, and RCM solutions into clear, persuasive business narratives.

Job Responsibility

  • Content Strategy & Leadership: Own and execute the overall content roadmap aligned to marketing and revenue goals. Develop blogs, whitepapers, case studies, executive POV articles, and thought leadership content. Create industry education content focused on practice growth and patient experience, revenue cycle performance and denial reduction, AI-driven automation in healthcare, and operational efficiency and workflow optimization. Develop persona-based messaging for practice owners, billing managers, RCM leaders, and healthcare administrators. Manage content calendars aligned with product launches and campaign objectives
  • HubSpot & Demand Generation: Create and manage marketing emails, landing pages, CTAs, gated assets, and automated workflows in HubSpot. Build lead-nurture sequences aligned to buyer personas and lifecycle stages. Execute A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates. Support inbound marketing through SEO-driven content and campaign optimization. Track and report campaign performance using HubSpot and analytics tools
  • Sales Enablement & CRM Alignment: Develop sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, email templates, and outreach content. Collaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to accelerate pipeline progression. Align content initiatives with CRM campaign tracking and reporting. Incorporate sales feedback and win/loss insights to continuously refine messaging
  • Performance & Optimization: Develop SEO-optimized content tailored to US healthcare and SaaS audiences. Conduct keyword, competitor, and industry research. Analyze performance using HubSpot, GA4, and CRM reports. Continuously optimize content to improve traffic, engagement, MQL generation, and conversions

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare content marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Content, Email, Workflows, Analytics)
  • Experience creating content for US-based healthcare provider or enterprise audiences
  • Proven ability to create conversion-focused content across the buyer journey
  • Strong SEO knowledge and analytical mindset
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear business outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience in Healthcare IT, EHR, Practice Management, RCM, or AI in Healthcare
  • Understanding of US healthcare operations, billing workflows, or revenue cycle processes
  • HubSpot certifications (Content or Email Marketing)
  • Experience working closely with SDR and sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
