The B2B Trainer is responsible for onboarding, configuring, and adapting our software solutions to the operational needs of each restaurant partner. You will act as a consultant for restaurateurs, understanding their workflows, challenges, and business goals in order to tailor TheFork solutions to their reality and maximize adoption. Configure and personalize our tools according to each restaurant’s operational needs and business model.
Job Responsibility:
Onboarding, configuring, and adapting our software solutions to the operational needs of each restaurant partner
Consult for restaurateurs, understanding their workflows, challenges, and business goals to tailor solutions and maximize adoption
Configure and personalize tools according to each restaurant’s operational needs and business model
Focus on training our restaurants in our software solutions
Adapt your pitch to many types of restaurants by phone, in the restaurant, or running virtual trainings
Getting restaurants to understand that digitalization is a step for their development
Make restaurants change their way of working and use our services appropriately
Create needs to upsell and cross-sell products
Travel
Collect and share feedback from restaurants with product teams
Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers for smooth onboarding and long-term adoption
Work independently to meet individual goals tracking training effectiveness and adoption KPIs
Support continuous learning by creating training materials (guides, videos, webinars)
Act as a product ambassador, up to date on new features
