Job Description

We are building a high-performance Outbound Sales team to actively capture corporate and extended-stay market share across the US. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a critical role in this initiative by specializing entirely in Lead Sourcing. Acting as the data engine for our outreach efforts, your focus will be on hunting high-intent market signals rather than making cold calls. Utilizing proprietary hotel reports, market intelligence platforms, and public records, you will identify corporate accounts active in our markets. Your primary objective is to take raw company data and utilize advanced web research to pinpoint and verify the exact decision-makers responsible for corporate travel, ensuring our sales team has a highly accurate pipeline.

Job Responsibility

  • In-Stay Data Extraction: Daily extraction and filtering of arrival/departure reports from our hotel portfolio to identify corporate email domains and business travelers
  • Market Share Scraping: Utilize industry market intelligence tools to identify which corporate accounts are staying at competitor hotels so we can target them
  • Signal-Based Hunting: Monitor and scrape commercial building permits, state contract lettings, and labor market shifts to identify massive extended-stay projects before they break ground
  • Lead Enrichment: Take a raw company name and use professional networking platforms, lead generation databases, and web scraping to find the verified Name, Title, Email, and Direct Phone Number of the appropriate contact
  • CRM Handoff: Upload pristine, zero-error lead lists into our CRM daily so the Outbound Sales team has a full pipeline waiting for them when their shift begins

Requirements

  • Advanced Web Research Skills
  • Data Tool Agility
  • Extreme Attention to Detail
  • High-Volume Output
  • Process Discipline
