Job Description:

We’re hiring a B2B Performance Marketer to scale our Enterprise and Developer paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role will own strategy and execution across the full paid funnel—from channel mix to landing page alignment—and will be expected to find profitable, scalable growth through experimentation and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is platform agnostic, with proven experience across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels. You should be as comfortable optimizing for demo requests and lead quality as you are testing messaging and creative across segments. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with creative, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales to drive impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own performance marketing strategy for Enterprise and Developer segments
  • Build scalable systems for paid lead generation, with strong attention to CAC, payback, and pipeline quality
  • Partner with our landing page, lifecycle, and sales teams to align full-funnel journeys
  • Move fast: run A/B tests, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings
  • Elevate experimentation velocity and platform diversity to uncover untapped growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of scaling paid programs profitably across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels
  • Strong analytical chops—you understand attribution, tracking, and LTV vs CAC math without needing a second opinion
  • Experience working with or alongside sales and lifecycle to align campaigns to pipeline and revenue goals
  • You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building systems from the ground up
  • Clear communicator with ability to write high-intent copy and collaborate with creative teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, APIs, infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with self-serve and sales-led motions
  • Experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams
What we offer:
  • Innovative culture
  • Growth paths
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose
  • Annual company offsite
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend
