B2B Outside Sales Representative

• Prospecting and generating new B2B clients through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Developing a deep understanding of the company’s services to present tailored solutions to business owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Managing your territory, building a pipeline, and driving new recurring-revenue accounts
• Representing the brand professionally through consistent outreach and relationship building
• Participating in structured training, ongoing development, and field rides with senior reps
• Building a long-term residual book of business that grows your earnings year after year

• 1+ year of B2B or high-volume outbound sales experience is preferred
• Background in door-to-door, territory sales, or service sales is strongly preferred
• Competitive, coachable, and driven
• Comfortable walking into businesses and generating conversations from scratch
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow a proven sales process
• High energy, positive attitude, and confidence communicating with decision-makers
