About the role We are looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B footprint in the UK and Ireland. This isn't a traditional marketing role; we need a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from high-level campaign planning to setting up complex outbound sequences in the same afternoon. You will be the primary driver for growth in these regions, taking full ownership of projects from inception to the final outcome. You are someone who views "chaos" as an opportunity to build and thrives when managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Job Responsibility
Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive the UKI B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the Nordic markets, owning the pipeline target from lead gen to conversion
Outbound Mastery: Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-maker
Event & Campaign Execution: Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from start to finish
Performance & Analysis: Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, while being comfortable diving deep into the numbers to analyze what’s working
Creative Content: Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging tailored to the UKI and Nordic tech landscapes
Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and orchestrate top-tier local partnerships and sponsorships
Requirements
Native English Speaker
The "Owner" Mentality: Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish and taking full accountability for the results
Entrepreneurial Drive: Ideally, you have founded a company, worked in an early-stage startup, or have a history of high-engagement "side quests"
Chaos Compatibility: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have the mental bandwidth to handle multiple complex workstreams without dropping the ball
The Growth Toolkit: Broad knowledge across performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization
Bias toward Action: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to experiment and scale
