Our client, a fast-growing digital health organization, is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager for a 20-week maternity leave coverage assignment. This role sit within a lean Enterprise Marketing team and supports revenue-driving marketing initiatives across multiple verticals, including public sector, labor organizations, and healthcare systems. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned B2B marketer who can take an established marketing roadmap and execute campaigns, content, and sales enablement with precision and speed.
Job Responsibility:
Execute B2B marketing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring strong communication and follow-through
Customize messaging, content, and campaigns for distinct industry verticals and large enterprise accounts
Develop multi-channel marketing assets, including email campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, and event materials
Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to support long sales cycles and account-based efforts
Support in-person events and webinars, including preparation, collateral development, and coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, events, and marketing partners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and momentum
Support Salesforce campaign tracking and basic reporting
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B marketing
Experience in technology, healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or marketing to employers preferred
Strong content development, messaging, and execution skills
Experience supporting sales teams and event-driven marketing initiatives
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills and executive presence
