We’re hiring a seasoned technology marketer to accelerate our B2B sales in Korea. In this high-impact, high-autonomy role, you’ll shape our local growth strategy and drive both lead generation, pipeline nurturing and general awareness efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Shape our local growth strategy and drive both lead generation, pipeline nurturing and general awareness efforts
Organizing events and webinars
Producing thought leadership content
Optimizing nurture sequences
Crafting sales collateral
Identifying top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Collaborating with the performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives
Requirements:
Professionally fluent Korean & English speaker
Previous experience owning a pipeline generation target
Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, white papers, e-books, paid media)
End-to-end ownership of Enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshows
Strong product marketing instincts: understanding the customer base and crafting compelling positioning and messaging
Act as the local DRI for the marketing operating cadence (weekly pipeline/scoreboard, cross-functional alignment, vendor orchestration)
Ability to identify emerging trends, buying-cycle shifts, and tech priorities to inform strategy
Experience monitoring campaign performance, producing executive-level reporting, and recommending optimizations
Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action
Nice to have:
Proficiency in one or more key channels (e.g., cold email, SEO, affiliate management, performance marketing)
