About the Role: As a B2B Growth & Consulting Sales Specialist, you will meet with business owners, understand their challenges, position the right solutions, and own the full sales cycle. You will sell solutions in the areas of: Business coaching & consulting; Growth programmes; Leadership development; Sales improvement; Corporate training.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct phone and online meetings with SME-segment business owners
  • Analyse the needs of prospective clients
  • Recommend appropriate training and consulting solutions
  • Manage leads generated through webinars, events, referrals, and digital campaigns
  • Track the sales pipeline via CRM
  • Manage proposal preparation and follow-up processes
  • Lead online and phone-based deal-closing conversations
  • Work towards defined sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver regular performance reports

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication skills over the phone and in online meetings
  • Ability to conduct needs analyses and think in a solution-oriented way
  • Disciplined approach to tracking and managing the sales process
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPI frameworks
  • Proficient in CRM tools
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development
  • Professional proficiency in English written and spoken (required)

Prior experience in education, consulting, SaaS, technology, or service sales is a strong advantage
