Job Responsibility
Assisting and guiding business clients via Phone, Email, and/or Chat (in both French and English)
Troubleshooting issues and providing tailored solutions to help merchants optimize their use of the platform
Ensuring compliance by identifying account holders, verifying account information, and following strict regulatory guidelines
Delivering excellence through timely, effective, and highly personalized customer service
Requirements
Fluency in both French (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory)
High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric mindset (mandatory)
Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a professional, friendly attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
Nice to have
Experience with automated customer service platforms (CRMs) or a background in retail, banking, or tech support
