Our client connects sports venues with high-quality bookings, providing end-to-end tools, support, and solutions to help venues maximize revenue, streamline events, and deliver an amazing customer experience. We're looking for a B2B Customer Success Representative to own venue relationships end-to-end—demo, close, onboard, and activate bookings. If you enjoy working with clients, driving results, and building long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Run remote product demos with sports venue owners/managers
  • Close B2B partnerships and onboard venues
  • Ensure venues go live and achieve their first booking fast
  • Maintain relationships to drive usage and retention

Requirements
