As a part time retail customer service representative (up to 25 hours a week), you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to retail accounts. You will handle order processing, customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, handle sales team questions, and ensure a seamless experience for our retail customers. Your primary goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction and support sales growth in the retail sector.
Job Responsibility:
Dedication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
Deal directly with customers by phone, email, chat or ticketing system
Respond within one hour to customer inquiries
Provide pricing, stock and delivery information
Follow up on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Health and wellness industry experience, particularly in dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals
2 years of customer service or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote or asynchronous environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter that works well alone or in small groups
Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a medium to short timeline
Nice to have:
Ability to work with different platforms(Zoho, Acumatica, SPS, etc,)
