Job Responsibility:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with professional clients.
Communicating through various channels: phone, email, and chat.
Processing orders and solving technical issues related to products.
Managing the complete returns and warranty process with suppliers.
Qualifying and issuing return authorizations and credits.
Collaborating closely with the sales and logistics teams in Montreal.
Requirements:
Bilingualism: Excellent French and English skills. Bilingualism is required due to the necessity of serving clients outside of Quebec and processing technical documentation from international suppliers and partners.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service (experience in an optical clinic is a major asset).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office
familiarity with SAP or Business Central is an asset.
Soft Skills: You are a team player, recognized for your reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
