Job Responsibility:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with professional clients
Communicating through various channels: phone, email, and chat
Processing orders and solving technical issues related to products
Managing the complete returns and warranty process with suppliers
Qualifying and issuing return authorizations and credits
Collaborating closely with the sales and logistics teams in Montreal
Requirements:
Bilingualism: Excellent French and English skills
Previous experience in customer service
Knowledge of MS Office
Team player, reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
