Job Responsibility:
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Monitor the competitors' activities in the market and develop a plan to overcome them
Work on increasing the market share in the E-Commerce B2B Channel
Handle Customer problems and address their complaints to achieve customer satisfaction
Conduct Monthly, Quarterly business review with Customers with the support of Channel Lead and Channel Head
Responsible for Customer financials and payment on time
Work in Alignment with Finance for Customer reconciliation
Work in Alignment with SC to Ensure Availability of Products, and Ensure deliveries of placed orders are on time
Foster all E. commerce market trends and opportunities
Analysis of Internal sales Figures to meet BP Figures
Work on increasing the horizontal expansion of all products and varieties of the company by dealing with E. distributors
Use Data provided by Customer to Capture opportunities with support of Channel lead and channel head
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business or equivalent education
1-2 years of relevant business experience
FMCG Background
Excellent Sales and customer service skills
Results oriented
Leadership Skills
Result-oriented with good time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
