Develop and execute the E-Wholesale channel strategy in alignment with company commercial objectives
Identify and onboard new B2B digital wholesale partners and platforms
Strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive sustainable growth
Ensure full portfolio availability across the E-Wholesale channel
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, Revenue, PHY)
Drive growth through optimized assortment, pricing, and promotional plans
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for expansion
Manage trade terms, rebates, and marketing investments in line with company policies
Ensure proper ROI evaluation before approving any marketing support
Monitor pricing compliance and market competitiveness
Track key KPIs such as volume growth, net revenue, distribution expansion, customer profitability
Analyze platform data to optimize product visibility and sales performance
Build strong relationships with key B2B wholesale customers and digital platforms
Conduct regular business reviews with partners
Resolve operational or commercial issues to ensure business continuity
Work closely with finance, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to ensure efficient operations
Coordinate demand planning and stock availability with supply chain teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in FMCG sales, B2B, or channel development
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience working with digital platforms or e-commerce wholesale is a plus
